Review of Third Round of Draft Code Amendments
The third round of draft code amendments to Riverside’s Zoning Code and Sign Code are currently being reviewed by Village officials and staff, the project Steering Committee, and transit agencies. They are also available for general public review on the Documents page. This third round of draft code amendments sets the stage for the final review and approval process, which will begin in April 2022 and include reviews by the Planning and Zoning Commission (with a Public Hearing), Preservation Commission, and Village Board.
